DBLC members who wish to serve as delegates/alternates to the 2023 LCI convention shall self-nominate via email or written notice to Convention Committee Chair Wayne G. Steele (wsteele@comcast.net) before noon on Thursday, February 16.  Should the number of nominees exceed the delegate/alternate entitlement, the DBLC BOD shall determine a selection process.
